From my first purchase in 2010 I have always been fascinated with the real estate industry. The feeling of becoming a homeowner is one to truly be proud of, as there are so many variables that can affect the purchase/sale of a property which will decide the final outcome.
As a real estate professional, I gauge my success wholly on client satisfaction. My overall sales experience dates back to 2004, from Water to Wine and currently in Real Estate, and I believe there are three points to success in sales; being genuine, clear communication, and building relationships that extend far past the original goal. As much as I enjoy talking, listening plays a very important role in sales success. I am diligent and thorough with my work habits to maximize efficiency and to respect my clients time/needs.
