Diane Kunic-Grandjean
Originally from Geneva Switzerland, I made Vancouver my home in 2004 (I first came in 1996 but that’s beside the point).
Home ownership had always been very foreign and a really far-fetched idea; never part of my daily narrative and absolutely not in my infinite life game plan. All I ever knew was what I wanted my surroundings to look like. That is until I chose to make Vancouver my home. My husband and I bought our home near Trout Lake in East Vancouver, and have enjoyed the process of renovation & design while creating our own ideal living space. About 10 years ago, we turned out front yard into a "square foot garden". I have loved sharing my renovation and gardening experiences with my clients and help them avoid, if possible, the same mistakes we encountered. A few years later, my strong interest and curiosity about real estate in the Lower Mainland brought me to become a real estate investor. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought this possible. From the excitement of being a landlord (and a few annoyances at time, I’ll admit) to the watching our investment grow, I have since then been able to assist our willing clients increase their portfolio. Let’s discuss this possibility and I’ll share the tips and experiences I’ve acquired along the way. Don’t let this achievable reality remain only a pipe dream!
I love real estate and I am passionate about finding the right home for my clients. Whether this process takes 1 week (believe me it has happened!) or over a year or more, I will be there through the whole process for you - advising and helping every step of the way. My thirst for knowledge is regularly quenched by attending mandatory professional training as well as my own selection of lectures, courses of subjects varying from urban development and planning, architecture & interior design/decor, gardening & landscaping to financial & budgeting updates.
But none of the above matters if I can’t share it with you, my beloved clients and all of the referrals you’ve been sending our way since I became your entrusted realtor, 14 years ago. You are the ones I learned the most from and the ones I am always so excited to see or hear from.
Thank you for your trust.
Let’s keep on growing together.
