Darren believes that real estate is central to our lives, being the largest and most significant investment. It is where we live, work, and where families make memories. Whatever life stage it may be (upgrading, downsizing, or looking for the first or second property), Darren is committed to making his clients' real estate transactions pleasant and profitable.

As a Buying Agent, Darren will explore the client's needs to help them decide on a property that is best suited. He will discuss timeline, budget, location, property type, market conditions, and offer price. Upon selection of the best property, Darren will negotiate to secure the property on clients' terms.

As a Listing Agent, Darren will determine the client's property value, discuss marketing and staging, set a competitive price, and negotiate for the maximum return on investment. After the property sale, he will help plan for the client's next stage, whether it be another property purchase or rental.

Residing in Vancouver’s West Side near Douglas Park, Darren is happily married to his wife of 13 years. They have two daughters, aged 12 and 10, and a 5lb Pomeranian dog. He is also a fine artist with interests in architecture, interior design, automobiles, world news, and politics.
